Cancer Treatment
A new antenna technology for different biomedical applications such as treatment of brain cancer, breast cancer, and other types of cancer using non-invasive radiofrequency hyperthermia techniques.
The rays of the generated electromagnetic waves in the new technology can exactly cover any 3D region of cancer cells having any arbitrary three-dimensional shape and size without heating the surrounding healthy tissues.
These rays penetrate the human head/body from different directions, with a wide range of angles, and collimate at the targeted region of cancer cells.
Thus, they pass through a wide area of the human head/body to avoid causing any harmful effects to any healthy tissues.

Wireless Battery Charging
A new antenna configuration is proposed for wireless battery charging, especially in biomedical applications.
An elastic wideband antenna has been developed as an implantable receiving antenna. With its wideband, it will still be able to function even if its frequency band was shifted due to the effect of the human body.
The transmitting antenna consists of an elliptic reflector and a small feed antenna.
The reflected electromagnetic rays from the elliptic reflector collimate at the implanted antenna from different directions with a wide range of angles.
This eliminates the possibility of forming any undesirable hot-spots in their way.
